Join us for a very special evening with internationally renowned Australian food writer and stylist Donna Hay, in conversation with food writer & TV host Donal Skehan, in the beautiful surroundings of Howth Castle.
This intimate event celebrates the release of Donna’s new book "Sunshine, Lemons & Sea Salt", offering guests a rare opportunity to hear first-hand about her creative process, her approach to modern home cooking, and the inspiration behind her latest work. Known around the world for her elegant, achievable recipes and distinctive visual style, Donna has shaped the way millions of people cook and think about food.
The evening begins with a prosecco reception and light canapés, followed by a relaxed on-stage conversation and audience Q&A. Guests will then be invited to meet Donna during a book signing in the main function rooms.
Books will be available to purchase on the night through a local independent bookseller / Dubray Books.
