Guided Tours and Events

1. Refund or rescheduling requests will not be accepted within 72 hours of the event start time.

2. Tours or events held at Howth Castle are subject to cancellation or rescheduling at the discretion of Howth Castle and Estate staff. 

3. If a guided tour or any event hosted at Howth Castle is subject to cancellation by the venue, a full refund or an offer to reschedule to an alternative date will be offered by the venue. 

4. Any person with pre-booked tickets who does not arrive at their designated time within 30 minutes post-start time will not be granted access to the building. No refund or offer to reschedule will be accepted in this case.
