Our three golf courses are overseen by PGA Professional and Director of Golf, Alan Staunton, alongside our Head Greens Keeper, Neil Cullen, who is also a skilled golfer. Howth Castle Cookery School is led by Head Chefs John Carty and Sarah Hughes, supported by a team of professional chefs, front-of-house staff, and administrators. The Deer Park Residence is managed by Narcis Dorobantu, along with his attentive and professional accommodation team.

Eoin leads the day-to-day operations across the estate which including Deer Park Golf, Howth Castle Cookery school, Deer Park Residence and the Castle grounds and estate.

Narcis oversees the daily operations of our emergency accommodation unit with a capacity of 200 single beds, which provides safe and supportive living for Ukrainian war refugees.
